Tom Pié is a husband, father of three, a practicing attorney, and is the director of the 501(c)(3) non-profit, Jennie's Home. He was previously an attorney at a regional insurance defense litigation firm in downtown Pittsburgh, PA, prior to transitioning to private practice in 2022. Although there may be some truth in what some people say - that there are too many lawyers - when it comes to the struggle over the core values of our civilization, such as family and life issues, there are way too few.

Tom has previously handled a variety of civil defense claims, from constitutional causes of action to products liability. He has written and successfully argued, before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and has been requested to enter his appearance for litigants in other neighboring jurisdictions, being granted pro hac vice admission in various courts on the east coast. Tom is maintaining and growing his practice assisting clients with litigation, employment, business, personal injury, and estate planning needs.

Wilbur Wright once noted that “If I were giving a young man advice as to how he might succeed in life, I would say to him, pick out a good father and mother, and begin life in Ohio.” Lucky enough to have been given all three, Tom ventured his way through a B.S. at Wheeling Jesuit University and obtained his J.D. at Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, PA, earning the Law School Mission Award and the Susan H. Wilkie Award for Professional Responsibility and Ethics in the Practice of Law. Tom resides in Western Pennsylvania with his wife, Lindsay, and his three almost-perfect children.
